Dried Ginger Root
Add 1 teaspoon of tea to your infuser or tea bag, then place in 8 ounces of boiling hot water. Allow to steep for 5-10 mins. (Optimial Brew Temperature 200° F) .
Our 0.5 ounce will produce 3-6 cups of tea, our 1.0 ounce will produce 6-12 cups of tea. After the first cup of tea, we recommend re-steeping and reusing the tea leaves for a second cup.
We encourage our tea drinkers to experiment with the tea flavors by brewing at varying temperatures, allowing to steep for different times, and adding your choice of sweeteners (or not) & milks. Keep in mind, teas have optimal brewing temperatures that are intended to maximize the distinct flavors of the teas, without burning or "overcooking" the leaves.
