Add 1 teaspoon of tea to your infuser or tea bag, then place in 8 ounces of boiling hot water. Allow to steep for 3-5 mins. (Optimal Brew Temperature 200-212° F)
Our 0.5 ounce will produce 3-6 cups of tea, our 1.0 ounce will produce 6-12 cups of tea. After the first cup of tea, we recommend re-steeping and reusing the tea leaves for a second cup.
